In 2011, Ibrahim Sani and Dr. Mastura Rosly founded Mercatics Group, the first firm in Southeast Asia devoted exclusively to helping investors and business decision-makers understand the impact of psychology on industry and occupation in organisations. Their concept—bringing psychological science to the investment community and corporate decision-makers—launched an entirely new industry in Southeast Asia, and positioned Mercatics Group a leader in Southeast Asia on occupational psychology and consulting.
